Visible from sunset to sunrise. Magnitude +5.6 so technically naked eye.
North Taurid meteor shower peak
~15 per hour but the just past Full Moon will hide most. Can see some for up to a week before or after.
Mars 2-Degrees from Moon
Near Beta Tauri. Moon between Mars and Beta--a tight fit!
Last Quarter
Near the Sickle of Leo and above Regulus. This will wipe out the Leonids.
Leonids
The Moon is too close to where the Leonid meteors will stream from.
