Visible from sunset to sunrise. Magnitude +5.6 so technically naked eye.

~15 per hour but the just past Full Moon will hide most. Can see some for up to a week before or after.

Near Beta Tauri. Moon between Mars and Beta--a tight fit!

Near the Sickle of Leo and above Regulus. This will wipe out the Leonids.

The Moon is too close to where the Leonid meteors will stream from. While it is not the best place to look for meteors, the radiant point where they stream from, it does rather make for washing out the shower all over the sky anyway.
