Totality begins 5:16 AM EST\, 2:16 PST\, ends 6:42 EST IF you can see it\, 3:42 PST.  To see all from start to finish be either in East Asia (Japan or east Russia) or west of the Arizona/New Mexico border to MN/ND border line.  To all but final partial phases\, be west of the line from Lake Michigan to the Texas Gulf Coast. \nTo find Uranus\, look above the eclipsed Moon in the dawn.  If you are in the FAR NORTH\, like north Greenland\, north of Hudson’s Bay\, Uranus will occult (cover) the planet.
